Mr. Sethu Madhavan has over 35 years of rich and varied experience in handling government businesses and policy framework formulation for the Telecom and Technology Industries, and Manufacturing PSUs. He has demonstrated success in business development, channel development, solution sales, customer support, project management and service delivery across the government and corporate sectors.
Prior to joining CEMS, he was associated with Hughes Communications ( An US based MNC) as Senior Director and Head Government Business based our of NCR, and was instrumental in influencing policy changes in Satcom policy, which had a great impact on the Government business of Hughes Communication.
Prior to Hughes he was with HCL Infosystems Limited for 23 years in various capacities across the country and was General Manager-Operations in HCL Security Limited. ( a subsidiary of HCL Infosystems).
Mr. Sethu Madhavan has completed his Bachelor of Engineering – Electrical and Electronics from Madras University (GCE-Salem). He is also a certified Project Management Professional from PMI & has completed ITIL V3 foundation certification.
